On 16th September 2024, we introduced a revised Kitenzo pricing model for new users. To discover more about our available plans, including eligibility and benefits, please read below.

Note. If you installed Kitenzo before 16th September2024, you will maintain your existing plan (Standard / Shopify Plus / Growth / Pro) for as long as you continue to use the app. Removing the app and reinstalling will move you onto our new pricing plans.


Kitenzo pricing

We offer three pricing plans:

  • Essential plan

  • Performance plan

  • Enterprise plan

Note. All of our plans have a 14 day free trial.

Essential Plan
$25 a month + 1.25% per bundle

With the Essential plan, you'll receive a personalized onboarding call with our dedicated Merchant Success Specialist, providing expert guidance to help you maximize your bundle revenue and sustain your business growth.

Essential pricing is fixed at $25 per month, with an additional 1.25% usage fee applied to each bundle sale*.

Performance plan
$299 a month + 1% per bundle

The following features are unlocked on the Performance plan:

Performance stores also enjoy the highest priority support, with the added advantage of monthly check-in calls facilitated by our dedicated Merchant Success Specialist. These calls provide a regular opportunity to review your progress, strategize, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Pro pricing is set at $299 per month with an additional 1% usage fee applied to every bundle sale*. Stores currently on the Essential plan can choose to upgrade to Performance at any time.

Enterprise plan

Custom pricing

Enterprise is a completely bespoke plan for businesses with high monthly revenue. If you want access to the most comprehensive services that Kitenzo has to offer, such as custom template design and dedicated account management, then we can achieve this through Enterprise.

Pricing is based on your unique business needs and tailored to the level of support you require on a monthly basis. Due to the close nature of our partnership, we are able to offer low usage fees (<1.5%) on bundle sales while maintaining a commitment to providing the best possible merchant support.

Pricing plan FAQs

What’s the process for downgrading a plan?

You have the flexibility to manually downgrade in-app to the plan that aligns with your current business needs.

Go to "Settings > Manage plan" within the Kitenzo app to change your plan.

Please note, you will lose access to any features exclusive to the Performance plan if you downgrade.
