  • Your .myshopify.com URL.

  • Your .myshopify.com password (if the shop is locked for visiting customers).

  • Any screenshots that may help us resolve your query as quickly as possible.

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours, but please allow up to two working days for a response.

The scope of our support

What we can help with

We provide support for queries relating to Kitenzo's functionality, integration, installation, and app settings. We're also happy to investigate any observed bugs.

What we can't help with

We don't cover issues caused by third-party plugins, or issues that fall under the scope of support of your theme developers, such as native theme settings and design decisions. In these cases, we will try to refer you to the best support source for your query.

We're unable to offer support for customizations relating to the Template Editor.
