Viewing bundle orders

Revenue and sales summary

When you open the Kitenzo app and navigate to the Orders section, you'll find a summary of your recent orders. You have the option to view either Revenue or Sales.

Summary date range

By default, this summary will display orders made within the last 30 days. You can change this to show a date range that suits you. Simply use the options in the drop-down menu under Date range, then click Apply.

Alternatively, choose your own Custom date range by clicking directly on the calendar. You can do this by selecting a start and end date, then clicking Apply.

  • The items purchased

  • Status

  • Customer shipping and billing information

  • Notes from the customer

  • Payment details

  • And more

Exporting your data

Once you have chosen the filters you wish to apply to your order list, you have the option to export up to 30 days of order data for your records. To do this, click the Export button located in the top right of the page.

Clicking Export will open a new window. From here, you can export either your Current page or All pages to either a CSV or a JSON file.

Note: Customer data is stored on Kitenzo for 30 days. After 30 days, the app automatically redacts customer data. However, full order details can still be accessed from your Shopify admin via the Orders section.

Furthermore, you can customize your report by selecting which categories you wish to include. To do this, click the Customize export button to reveal a drop-down list of options.
