Viewing bundle orders on the dashboard
Revenue and sales summary
When you open the Bundle Builder app, you'll find a summary of your recent orders. You have the option to view either Revenue or Sales.
Summary date range
By default, this summary will display orders made within the last 30 days. You can change this to show a date range that suits you. Simply use the options in the drop-down menu under Date range, then click Apply.
Alternatively, choose your own Custom date range by clicking directly on the calendar. You can do this by selecting a start and end date, then clicking Apply.
Best selling bundles
Under the summary chart, you can find data relating to the bundle sales within the date range you have selected. This includes:
- The top 5 best-selling products within bundles
- The top 5 best-selling bundles

Viewing order information
Within Bundle Builder's Orders section, you can find an itemized list of all of your bundle orders.

You have the ability to search for specific orders using the search bar at the top of the list.
The Purchase type drop-down menu and More filters options allow you to further refine your results according to:
- One-off or Subscription purchases
- Order Status
- Payment status
- Fulfilment status
Clicking the order number (e.g. #1001) will direct you to a breakdown of the order, including:
- The items purchased
- Status
- Customer shipping and billing information
- Notes from the customer
- Payment details
- And more
Exporting your data
Once you have chosen the filters you wish to apply to your order list, you have the option to export the data within the orders for your personal records. To do this, click the Export button located to the right of the filter options.
Clicking Export will open a new window. From here, you can export either your Current page or All pages to either a CSV or a JSON file.
Note: Customer data is stored on Bundle Builder for 30 days. After 30 days, the app automatically redacts customer data. However, full order details can still be accessed via your Shopify Orders section.
Furthermore, you can customize your report by selecting which categories you wish to include. To do this, click the Customize export button to reveal a drop-down list of options.

Note: You'll need to sync your order data the first time you visit the page to activate the data fields. This may take a few minutes depending on the number of bundle orders you have.
Alternative exports
Alternatively, you have the option of using the export function under Shopify's orders:
Step 1: Within Shopify admin, go to Orders.
Step 2: Select Export.
