By default, Kitenzo will display line item properties for 'Legacy - Single SKU' bundles. You can even disable/re-enable them whenever you require using a setting in the Kitenzo app.

However, not all themes are compatible with Shopify's line item properties and some themes will even require you to enable them manually. In this case, please contact your theme developer for advice.

It's worth checking if line item properties are enabled in Kitenzo before contacting anyone, just in case they have been disabled previously.

Checking if line item properties are enabled

To check if line items properties are enabled, or to re-enable them, follow the steps below:

In the Kitenzo app and go to Settings > General.

Scroll down to Line item properties. Check if the Show line item properties in the cart and in email notifications setting is enabled. If it's not, click the box to enable and click Save.

Line item properties enabled in Kitenzo but still not displaying?

If the above setting is enabled in Kitenzo but you still aren't seeing line item properties, then we recommend contacting your theme developer. They will be able to advise you if your theme is compatible with line item properties and if you need to take any extra steps to activate them.

Why are line item properties useful?

By definition, 'Legacy - Single SKU' bundles only have one SKU to represent each product within the bundle. In order to display the contents of the bundle, Kitenzo displays each product as its own line item property.

Displaying products as line item properties allow customers to see their bundle's contents listed in the cart, email receipts, and order confirmations. Some merchants also use this information to help fulfill their orders.
