There are several reasons why your bundle might display as out-of-stock.
Your bundle product might be set to Unavailable.
Multiple SKU bundle cart integration might be incomplete or was unsuccessful.
Other installed apps might not be compatible with Kitenzo.
Fulfillment might not be allowed from your default location.
Payment buttons (including PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay) might be enabled on the cart page.
If the issue persists after working through this list, please contact our support team within the app (bottom right corner chat box), and we'll be happy to conduct a thorough investigation.
Your bundle product might be set to Unavailable
One reason why your bundle might be appearing as out-of-stock is that the bundle product may be set to Unavailable within your Online Store.
If you have made the bundle product Unavailable, then Kitenzo won't allow the sale to go ahead. Please ensure that the bundle product is set to Available. To do this locate the bundle product in the Products area of your Shopify admin. Click through to the bundle's product page and locate the Publishing section on the right sidebar.
If Online Store is not activated (i.e. it doesn't have a green circle next to it), then click through to Manage sales channels and click the checkbox to reactivate it. Finish by clicking Save.
Cart integration may be incomplete or was unsuccessful
If the out-of-stock bundle is a 'Legacy - Separate SKU' bundle, then it may be that you haven't yet activated Kitenzo's cart integration on your theme. Cart integration needs to be activated on every new theme you use, so if you have recently switched themes, double check you have activated Kitenzo's cart integration.
Other installed apps might not be compatible with Kitenzo
Certain apps are not compatible with Kitenzo and can cause issues, including out-of-stock errors. This can be any app that offers help with:
Placing orders in advance such as delivery date pickers.
Recurring orders and subscriptions.
Creating combos and offering up-sell options.
Creating customized products.
Apps by Bold and Revy are also known to use Shopify's draft order functionality, so these might make a good starting point for further checks.
Fulfilment might not be allowed from your default location
Kitenzo uses your default fulfilment location for its bundle products. Please ensure that your store allows online orders to be fulfilled from this location - or change the default location to one that allows orders to be fulfilled.
Dynamic payment buttons (including PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay) might be enabled on the cart page
Accelerated or dynamic payment options should only be used on the checkout page. If they are used before finalizing the bundle at checkout, this may affect the order readout, create error messages, or display incorrect results.
Hiding payment buttons from the cart page may be achieved via the Theme Editor (not applicable to all themes), or by using custom CSS. Your theme developers might be able to provide support for this.
Example of a theme that has a dynamic payment button option for the cart (located within the Theme Editor's 'Theme settings'):
